Near Shut-out
Calvary started out sloppy and couldn’t pick up the slack after the first couple of innings, at least offense wise. Defense ended up strong, holding SMV at a point stand-still for the last half of the game. Calvary picked up its only three points in the fifth inning, but only due to errors in the defense.
Calvary’s outfield was the high-light of the game.

Mixed Files
Remember that book, From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler? Well, I don’t remember much more than the title, but it’s always come to mind when I’ve pondered starting a blog.
I do remember the part where they runaway and hide in a museum. It’s still a fantasy of mine…
